Hi, I’m Louis, the founder of Cocktail Lab. Cocktail Lab was born out of my passion for food, drink, and all the little details that elevate everyday experiences. Our mission is simple: to craft high-quality, creative garnishes that bring joy and spark creativity, one drink (or bite!) at a time.

Our Process
At Cocktail Lab, we put a lot of care into everything we do. From selecting the best fruits for dehydration to carefully slicing and drying them to perfection, we ensure that each piece is vibrant, flavourful, and ready to add something special to your drinks or desserts.
