Tonic Expresso

A refreshing, zesty twist on your regular coffee. The bold bitterness of espresso meets the fizzy brightness of tonic water, finished with a slice of dehydrated lemon for a sophisticated touch.

☕ Ingredients

Ice cubes

120ml tonic water (choose a quality one for best flavor)

1 shot (30ml) freshly brewed espresso

1 slice dehydrated lemon (for garnish)

🧪Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Slowly pour in the tonic water.
  3. Gently add the espresso over the tonic (pour over the back of a spoon for a layered effect).

  4. Top with a slice of dehydrated lemon.
